“Winning Strategies for American Companies in Saudi Arabia to Attract and Develop Women Leaders”
Under the title “Winning Strategies for American Companies in Saudi Arabia to Attract and Develop Women Leaders,” AmChamKSA’s Women in Business (WIB) Committee hosted a panel in honor of International Women’s Day. The discussion centered around the importance and impact of organizations participating in sponsorship programs to encourage women’s career development in Saudi Arabia.
Such programs are found within the organizations of several AmChamKSA members, including Lockheed Martin, PepsiCo, and ExxonMobil.
Keynote remarks were made by Charge d’Affaires Martina Strong of the U.S. Embassy, and panelists included Penelope Naas, UPS President for International Public Affairs & Sustainability and Dana Al-Ajlani, ExxonMobil Saudi Arabia’s VP of Public & Government Affairs. Jaime Stansbury, WIB Chair, served as discussion moderator.
Key takeaways will be shared on AmCham’s social media channels throughout the upcoming Women’s History Month.
