Designing her dispute services, a foundation of integrity, Rozana ALTayyar is a renowned international ADR expert, Financial Consultant, and Keynote speaker who has been professionalizing in the strategic use of mediation and arbitration since 2015. As the Founder and Managing Director of TASWEA Financial Consultancy with an emphasis on pragmatically solving ADR relations, Rozana possesses an extensive background involving the intricacies of business sustainability, commercial relationships, neutral evaluations, and helping parties craft mutually accepted resolutions to avoid trial and doing so all while ensuring all parties involved have seamless, cordial, and positively constructive experience along the way.

As a certified Commercial Mediator and International Arbitrator, Rozana has built a strong inventory of C-level experiences, diverse cultural exposures, and progressions that had led to her current endorsed ADR standing throughout Saudi Arabia. To date, Rozana holds a BS in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from Greece along with several illustrious certifications, including (but not limited to) an accreditation in Mediating Disputes, a Certificate in Conflict Resolution, Transformation and Peace Building, and a Diploma in International Arbitration.

Along with this and heading several financial/banking management roles that oversaw multi-million-dollar clients since 2003, Rozana is also a proactive member of numerous advisory boards such as Chartered Institute of Arbitrators -KSA branch and Princess Nora University, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and on the Mediator Roster for

Saudi Centre for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and Abu Dhabi Global Markets Arbitration Centre (ADGM).
