IGNITE Event: "Venture Capital Financing: How To Increase Funding for Women-Led Ventures."

The latest IGNITE event focused on the topic of "Venture Capital Financing: How To Increase Funding for Women-Led Ventures." Participants had the privilege of learning from Mona A., CEO & Co-Founder of Mumzworld.com as well as Emon Shakoor إيمان عبد الشكور, Amjad Ahmad, Alifia Doriwala, Stefanie Hausheer Ali, Algene Sajery, and Madiha Sattar.

We were inspired by Emon Shakoor إيمان عبد الشكور who encouraged women to be confident in their abilities as leaders and take the leap into entrepreneurship! We can always find co-founders with complimentary skills, but the opportunity to start a new venture might not always be there!

CEO & Founder of MumzWorld, Mona A. also explained that creating not only a business, but a community is key to their company's outstanding success. Women are skilled in finding our own tribes, so this spoke to my heart!

Lastly, Amjad Ahmad spoke about the trickle-down effect: more women investors = more women leaders = more women employees.
