Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives that drive growth and engagement within the organization.

  • Serve as the principal representative at high-level business and community events.

  • Oversee operational, financial, and team management to ensure organizational success.

  • Develop relationships with senior industry leaders and key stakeholders across multiple sectors.

  • Direct large-scale projects, working with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Preferred candidate is a U.S. Citizen and has existing sponsorship in Saudi Arabia

  • Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and developing high-level business strategies.

  • Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including board members, industry leaders, and governmental bodies.

  • Expertise in overseeing organizational operations, budgets, and resources.

  • Experience in event management and project oversight, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • U.S. or internationally based professionals with experience working in the Middle East or a similar global context will be highly regarded.

  • Preferred experience in advocacy and policy making to effectively drive organizational initiatives. 

Location: Riyadh, with some travel required
